We are the only body within New Zealand to bring together all spiritualists, joining together in a common cause to share our knowledge and understanding of what it is like to live our lives in a spiritual manner.
To join our community, as an individual or the organisation, you will have an understanding of the Seven Principles of Spiritualism and be committed to living your life or running your organisation around these Principles.

Types of Membership
Individuals
Subscription $50pa – 1 vote
Groups & Organisations without a paid membership base
Subscription $80pa
Organisations
This category applies to any Church, Centre or Group of 10 or more people.
- Small – 10 – 39 members – Subscription $70 pa – 2 votes
- Medium – 40 – 79 members – Subscription $100pa – 3 votes
- Large – over 80 members – Subscription $130pa – 4 votes
- No formal membership – Subscription $80pa – 2 votes
Registered Healers – who must also either belong to an Organisation member of Spiritualism New Zealand or be an Individual Member – $30 application fee and the annual practicing fee of $15.

Application for Membership
Application forms can either be completed online and forwarded to us or printed out and posted. If you wish to apply by post, please print out the appropriate application form, complete it and post to:

Once received, we will aim to process your application within 1 week following receipt
Approval of Membership
- Once your application is received, it will be circulated to our Board for final approval. Any application may be declined with no explanation given.
- If your membership is declined, your registration fee will be returned to you.
How to renew your membership
- An invoice for renewing your subscription will be forwarded to you prior to the anniversary of your joining date.
- If payment of this invoice is not received by your anniversary date, and correspondence hasn’t been entered into regarding this, your membership will be deemed to have lapsed.
